Colleen Moonan is a Western New York native who grew up in Monroe County.  In 2014, she received a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Legal Studies from St. John Fisher College.  Ms. Moonan went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2017. While attending Law School, Colleen participated in a National Invitational Mock Trial Competition, she represented her own clients through the school’s Family Violence and Women’s Rights Clinic, and she volunteered at the Erie County Family Court Help Desk, where she was awarded the 2016 Pro Bono Award from the Erie County Bar Association. Ms. Moonan also co-authored an article that was published in both the NYSBA Family Law Review and the NYSBA Bar Journal.  Ms. Moonan was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2018 and her practice is currently concentrated in the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law.
