MICHELLE M. SCHWACH received her degree in Psychology and Legal Studies cum laude from the University at Buffalo where she was a scholar athlete with the Division I rowing program. She then graduated from the University at Buffalo Law School where she served on the Executive Boards for both the Buffalo Women's Law Journal and the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review.

Ms. Schwach is the Co-Chair of the Matrimonial & Family Law Committee of the Bar Association of Erie County.

In addition to serving as an attorney volunteer with the Erie County Bar Association's Volunteer Lawyers Project, she is the chair of the Nardin Academy Alumnae Association Buffalo Chapter, a board member for the Alliance Française de Buffalo and formerly served as a board member of Gilda's Club of WNY. She also gives her time to Yogis in Service, a nonprofit offering yoga in the Buffalo community to those who may not otherwise have access.

Ms. Schwach concentrates her practice in the areas of Matrimonial & Family Law and handles matters including divorce, separation, pre-nuptial agreements, adoption, custody and visitation, family offense matters and child and spousal support cases. Her practice area includes alternative dispute resolution as she is a trained mediator for matrimonial and family law cases, and also handles cases via the Collaborative Law method.
