ROCCO LUCENTE, II, was recently inducted into the prestigious Di Gamma Honor Society of Canisius College. Members are inducted based upon extraordinary leadership accomplishments, abiding concern for others, and steadfast commitment to the college, who has been a Di Gamma member for over 50 years.

TERRIE BENSON MURRAY and KATHERINE BESTINE were featured speakers at the Erie County Bar Association program on Death, Divorce and Digital Assets. The program was designed to educate lawyers on developing issues in the law concerning the evaluation and assessment of digital assets as well as planning for their disposition. These assets include everything from domain names and Web pages, to social media accounts, frequent flier miles, digital music collections, online banking and investments, ISP access, and passwords.

TERRIE BENSON MURRAY was elected to a two year term as President of the Local Chapter CM of the Philanthropic Education Organization. The PEO is an international women’s organization which supports women’s efforts to obtain higher education and advanced degrees through awards of scholarships, grants and loans.

ERIN COLE and MICHELLE SCHWACH MIECZNIKOWSKI recently gave presentations at a well attended lecture series on women’s legal issues. They covered considerations for divorce and the handling of personal injury and insurance issues.

COHEN & LOMBARDO, P.C., put together two teams of 5 bowlers each to participate in the recent Lawyers for Learning Bowling Tournament. The tournament is held every year to raise funds for a program that provides tutoring for children in the Buffalo City Schools.
